Today I cut and assembled the two side lower panels as well as their "lintel" beam.
I then moved everything out of the way so that I had access to my cutting booth and created the 22.5 degree corner pieces for the middle (window) level.
These are quite flimsy when assembled as for most sides they are relying on the 22.5 corners for support and also there is not possibility of metal strap bracing as the entire opening is needed for the window frame.
Their strength will come from being attached to the top and bottom frames
