2017-Aug-19 - Wooroloo - Temporary Roof #19
During the week I popped out to site to check out the flooding.

With the sump pump back in action, the site was bone dry.

Saturday morning, I awoke to heavy rain.

However, after looking at the Perth Weather Radar I could see that this rain front should pass over in about an hour.

I made my way out to site and initially had to pick my way around avoiding the rain.

After about an hour the weather changed in to 4 hours of blue skies and bright sunshine.

I finished off the gable run from the other week, installed some barge capping and started on the gable covering from the other side.

While I was working on this, an earth moving contractor was busy removing the quarry dust that I do not want - so this was a real bonus.

By the end of the day I was about two thirds of the way down the next part of the gable.

I think around the other side I might just use black builder's plastic and some timber battens - doing it in all these small metal sheets is very time consuming.
