Today was the reverse of yesterday.
First thing, I walked down to the co-op at Fenny Compton to fetch a newspaper to read over breakfast.
After breakfast we moved our mooring to the watering point and topped up our water tank.
Then we used the turning circle to point our boat in the opposite direction.
Prior to this we had watched someone with a much larger boat do a turn around and it look very daunting.
However, our boat is about two thirds the length and by taking it very slowly and allowing the momentum of the boat to carry us around we managed to do a text book turn.
Four hours later we moored up just above the Napton locks, made dinner using our on board supplies and turned in for the night.
