I was a bit burnt out on both fronts - so great to have a break where I didn't worry about either.

During the week I started to draft up the exact layout of the last two hallway frames - based on the architectural drawing and the actual measurements I took last week.

I am not sure about the difference in building in jarrah and structural pine - so I will need to visit Tony M and see if any of the studs would need to be doubled up now that we are working in pine.

Saturday - we had a very lazy day, went to a movie and then afterwards headed out to site to measure up the front door frame.

Darkness fell a lot more quickly than I expected so I was working with a tape measure in one hand and a torch in the other.

Linda was a great help - writing down dimensions on to a rough drawing as I called them out.
