I decided, that seeing I had some help, I would have a real cleanup day.

We had large piles of leaves everywhere and the grass was starting to grow.

They did a brilliant job and collected all the leaves and grass clippings in to a large compost pile at the back of the block.

The also separated out any branches and twigs and took these to the green waste in Mundaring on Monday morning.

"Fili" did all the raking, Nick did all the collecting up and barrowing.

Later in the day "Fili" painted some of the stud frame and put bamboo through the small electric mulcher while Nick mowed and used the brush cutter.

I don't know what I did with the whole day.

First thing I gave the bathroom a good clean as it was becoming quite disgusting.

After that I completed the sealing down of the temporary roof, and a bit later the coating with bitumen.
