This was a "non site" weekend (resting elbow after injections)
As I mentioned last week - my faithful little toy truck put a conrod throught the engine block and I bought Ian's older vehicle off him
Took it to the garage for some initial maintenance work and to look at the overheating problem that Ian mentioned
The garage said that basically it is a very sound vehicle and just needs some work on:
- Cooling System
- Brakes (in a couple of months)
- Front Tyres
- Worn suspension bushes
So I am very pleased - have already replaced the front tyres, fixed the tow bar and tow electrics, touched up some rust/paint around the windscreen and given it a wash and a good vacuum.
