No Photos yet - I became so caught up in what I was doing that I forgot.
Due to my delicate celtic complexion I want to do the floor board installation under the cover of a tarpaulin - both to keep out of the rain and the sun.
I spent much of today rigging a large tarpaulin. This involved attaching pulleys at a number of places (including erecting some scaffolding pipes) and other ropes to position the tarpaulin over the section I will be working on.
I also excavated further in to the roof space to the "slot" where is will be laying the first boards.
This required a bit of bush carpentry.
I carried the first 12 rows of boards up to the loft space - about 15 trips from the utility up the access steps.
I also placed the first 4 rows in position ready to screw down.
I still need to remove some other temporary roof structures and to create a protective edge piece before I can really start fixing down.
