2007-Jul-19 - Wooroloo - Cutting off long screw piles, welding on collars

Once screw pile extensions were used - a number of piles would not screw all the way in to the ground. A number of the unmodified screw piles on the upper slope, would also not screw all the way in.
All of these needed to be cut off using an oxy set and some needed collars to be welded on.
