I used the period between Christmas and New Year to reduce fire hazards around our residence in Mundaring (using the mulcher and trips to the local waste transfer station).
I then went on to complete a coup to hold Guinea fowl that Linda is obtaining because they are known to eat ticks.
I created a covered area using fragments of a water tank and star pickets.
Our main expense was the chicken mesh that we purchased to enclose the area.
After about 3 weeks we will let the birds out to roam our forest.
